Your First Class: What You’ll Experience

    CROSS TRAINING

    We start each 45 minute class with a workout that changes daily. We utilize both HIIT and functional cross-training to guarantee to get your heart up. We curate & customize these workouts each week to keep things fun & fresh, but most importantly, effective.

    THE GAUNTLET

    Part 2 of our workout, The Gauntlet, offers an electrifying kickboxing experience with new techniques daily across 8 dynamic towers, all set to motivational music. Guided by our HIIT timer, each session challenges you, boosts your heart rate, and ensures a feeling of achievement.

    RECOVERY

    Completing your session with a cool-down and stretch is just as crucial as the workout itself. Your trainer dedicates a few minutes at the class's end to guide you through a relaxing cool-off, provide beneficial stretches, and share valuable tips and techniques for your at-home recovery.

32-Minute Workout

Also known as G Express, our compact 32-minute workouts perfectly fit into your busy lifestyle, allowing you to get the most out of your exercise to achieve the best possible results. With a full-body workout from cross-training to our Gauntlet round, we get your heart pumping & your body sweating for peak training in only 32 minutes.

45-Minute Workout

Welcome to The Gauntlet! Our signature 45 minute group class combines HIIT and functional training alongside a thrilling kickboxing circuit. You'll enjoy nonstop music, blue lighting and various combinations of Kickboxing techniques. Get ready for a heart-pumping, high energy sweat session.

I started coming to Gauntlet last fall after one of my best friends told me I needed to try it because she thought I would love it. She was right! The community at Gauntlet is so inviting and fun, and the workouts have made me much stronger!
