How old do you have to be to join the program?

We have had clients from the age of 15 to 72

What fitness level do I have to be to join the Gauntlet?

From avid fitness enthusiasts to first time clients, we recommend that you come and try one “free trial” class. Our trainers can determine what program is the best fit for you. We offer a 4, 8, and 12 class fundamental program for those of you who want to learn the basics of kickboxing and fitness.

Can I try a class before joining?

Yes, Gauntlet wants you to enjoy the program just as much as we love teaching it.

What are the benefits of group classes?

Group workouts add so many benefits to your workout. Some of the benefits include being more accountable, motivated, and interested in the workout. Workouts go by so much quicker when you enjoy the environment.

How many classes do you recommend a week?

3 minimum, 5 maximum. Rest is just as important as the workout. Also, we have had clients do two-a-days.

Do you still offer Fundamentals programs?

We offer a variety of programs which include Fundamentals programs. We offer sessions for those of you who do not like contracts or want to add the Gauntlet to your other fitness programs. The best rates are our monthly commitment programs which include unlimited classes.

Is Gauntlet just for weight loss?

No, the Gauntlet is also used for strength, conditioning, and even stress relief in many cases.
